The complaint more states that Peet’s use of Nespresso’s title and other logos has been unlawful in the sale and advertising of the capsules, while alleging that Peet’s has willfully “duped consumers” into imagining the capsule line was in some way certified by or affiliated with Nespresso when it was not.
