“With so significantly foot targeted traffic on Larchmont Boulevard, it is the excellent put to host Espresso with a Cop,” claimed LAPD Wilshire Division’s Senior Direct Officer (SLO) Dave Cordova.
According to Cordova, who oversees Larchmont Boulevard as section of his beat, month-to-month Espresso with a Cop is an informal gathering wherever citizens can get to know their officers and vice versa. There aren’t any speeches or data, just conversation and questions answered. Most recently, this party took area on May 24 at Peet’s Espresso, 124 N. Larchmont Blvd.
Starbucks on Larchmont Boulevard is wherever the gathering is generally held. But this month, SLO Cordova reached out to Peet’s, and manager Angie Jaco jumped at the option to host. She reported that several of her normal clients had been so pleased and energized to have the police come for coffee. Some even arrived early when many others termed to ensure it was even now having location. Jaco mentioned, “It’s pleasant currently being section of the group that LAPD cares for. I adore it.”

Having fun with SOME Coffee and morning sun are SLO Roditis and Officer Martinez.
Espresso with a Cop rotates all over the Wilshire Division district and will be back again on Larchmont Boulevard in about six months. If you skipped this a single, look out for the next one.
